• ●Observation notes created during and after interviews
• ●Usage analytics via Vercel Analytics (anonymized, no PII)

⬢How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the interview coordination service. We do not sell your data. Interview rooms and observations are private to your team. We never share your interview activity with employers or third parties.

◇Network Integration

Local interview creation does not silently share your data. Protected backend actions can send scheduling data to calendar.platphormnews.com, pipeline data to kanban.platphormnews.com, and public-safe introspection to MCP when you explicitly run those workflows.

◰Data Retention

Browser-local workspace data stays in your browser until you export, import, edit, or delete it. Durable server retention is reported by the backend when server persistence is configured; Phase 1 does not claim silent server retention while running in degraded storage mode.
